Once you purchase your voucher it will be emailed to you by our automated system and you will be able to redeem your voucher with us online too.

To redeem your Ride Leisure voucher our unique website allows you to redeem your voucher with us and book your experience online.
Click here to access the shop and choose the date and time you wish to take your experience. Choose ‘book now’ and enter your voucher number in the ‘redeem voucher’ tab. The gift voucher has now been redeemed and will zero the balance.
Proceed to the checkout in the usual way, you will then receive a confirmation of your Ride Leisure experience.

Do You Offer Food & Drink?
With experience spanning 20 years, our Lakeside Kitchen and Bar provide beautifully crafted food and also incredible bespoke catering options for the corporate and private functions held here at Ride Leisure.
How Far In Advance Can I Book?
We accept bookings up to 11 months in advance provided the 30% deposit has been paid. The diary for our experiences is set out in January and our online booking system shows the years availability and allows you to book.
What's The Minimum Age To Get Involved?
Children of all ages are welcome at Ride. We have full baby changing facilities for the very little ones, and often have a children’s soft play area set up for by the Cafe suitable for 1 to 4 years olds. On sunny days we have a free bouncy castle for under 12’s (adult supervision required). From 6 years old, children comfortable in open water can try wake boarding, waterskiing ,our Aqua Park and Instructors Rides on certain experiences. People from 16 can try all our other experiences.
I'm Worried About Safety. What Procedures Do You Have In Place?
Your safety is our main priority. We provide all necessary safety equipment and training. Our qualified instructors will ensure you get the most out of your experience, while at all times keeping you as safe as possible. All our equipment is regularly serviced and inspected. We work closely with the council and other approved bodies to keep health and safety standards as high as possible.
What Days Are You Open?
Our Watersports Season runs from April until November but we are pretty flexible with that.
Office Hours: 9am – 5am 7 days per week
From February to December

Do You Supply Equipment & Clothing?
We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids for all our water based experiences (£5 charge for Aqua Park Customers) All equipment required for your activity is provided however please dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day. Safety equipment is also provided for all activities. Some of our experiences require radio comms so you will be provided with a headset and microphone.
Do You Offer Refunds?
We have a 14 day refund policy for online purchases, voucher extensions incur an administration fee.

If you do not have a voucher, no problem just select your chosen activity, add the participant name and choose your preferred date and time and checkout. A confirmation email with your chosen time and date will be sent to you.
We can also take bookings via telephone and email.

Our online purchases are through a secure gateway to paypal where you can confidently complete your transaction.
Do You Offer Group Discounts?
For larger groups we build bespoke activity days to suit. Feel free to get in touch and we will be more than willing to provide a quote.
Is There A Viewing Area For Friends & Family?
We have ample viewing areas overlooking both lakes for friends and family and our club house is a great place to shelter from the wet weather if you are unlucky enough to get caught up in a shower.
How Will My Voucher Be Delivered?
Once you purchase your voucher it will be emailed to your selected email address by our automated system.
