Important information

Instructors will be present to guide you through your activity and ensure you have the best experience possible. Our facilities include toilets, changing rooms, showers, lockers, indoor and outdoor seating areas, lakeside restaurant and fully licensed bar. There are viewing areas for family and friends to watch your activity. We respectfully ask that children are supervised at all times.

Equipment – All prices include the hire of Ride Leisure equipment (except wetsuits for our aqua park which are optional and available to hire on the day or you may bring your own) however, please dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day. Neither Ride Leisure or its employees are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or personal property that belong to any visitor whilst on Ride premises. If you will be getting wet, bring a towel, and a change of clothes.

Lakeside Kitchen and Bar at Ride Leisure – For large groups (8 or more) you may want to pre-order your food on arrival before your experience so that it is ready for you. Please place your pre-order at the Lakeside Restaurant and it will be ready for the time you request. Sorry but we do not allow picnics or your own alcohol on site.

For safety reasons we have a strict policy on the following:

• No Go-Pros (to be worn during activities)
• No Dogs
• No Drones
• No Camping

Directions – Take the first left off the main road as you drive into the Wyboston Lakes complex (if you pass the security building on the right you have gone too far) and follow the track through the golf course to the car park. Please drive carefully down the track to Ride Leisure and give way to golfers should you see them and park in the designated parking spaces. Please do not park on the golf course.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time and sign in at Ride Leisure reception. If you are late you may lose your experience. A minimum of 14 days notice is necessary for booking amendments. If you do not notify us within 14 days of your experience you may not qualify for an alternative date. Please note cancellations are not accepted on the day and will not be rescheduled.
