The Role:
The Front of House Manager is reportable to the MD and shareholders. They will play an essential part in running the site’s day to day operations. They will support in driving sales, organising events and staff, ensure compliance with company standards, assist with recruitment, and lead generation and inspire and train the team.
Location – Ride Leisure, Wyboston Lakes, Bedford
Salary – £25-30k depending on experience

Experience:
3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality / experiecne environment.
Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of managing events.
Other preferable requirements / skills:
Must be available to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
A passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Adept with Microsoft Windows, Office, and all Microsoft 365 suite of products
Qualified and / or experience with Xero
Qualified and / or experience with Adobe
Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
Motivated to consistently achieve targets
Qualified and / or experience of back end website development
Qualified and / or experience of social media marketing.
Qualified and experience with Networking.
A security first approach to day to day working practice.
