This experience is for one person
This is an individual experience however you will be tethered to a docking station which holds up to a maximum of 8 paddleboards/people in total, during the session.
You may expect to share your session with 7 other people.

Duration
This yoga experience on water will last for 60 minutes with an extra 10 minutes provided to paddle to/from docking station. Once tethered on docking station you will be provided with clear, guided instruction on how to practise yoga on the board. No yoga experience required.
Suitability
Must be able to swim
Must be 16 and over to paddle board alone to the docking station
Whats Included
Special Yoga Paddleboards provided
Buoyancy aids are mandatory and will be supplied to paddle to the docking station. Once tethered to docking station they are no longer required during the yoga session.

No Shoes required, Optional non-slip aqua park socks £4. Available to purchase at checkout or upon arrival
What is SUP yoga
Practising yoga on water brings a new challenge to any yoga practise. The session is a combination of movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation. The moves offered vary from gentle to more advanced – choose your level. Things that you find simple to do on land take on a whole new perspective on a paddleboard…your balance will be tested!
